Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions of carriage
When purchasing or booking a ticket all passengers agree to the following terms and conditions:
General:
- Ekajaya Fast Ferry reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger or goods without assigning reason.
- This contract is subject to the laws of Indonesia, and may only be varied by agreement in writing between the company and the passenger.
- Verbal promises by booking agents or clerks will not be recognized by the company.
- Sea conditions can be unpredictable; therefore all children and infants must be accompanied on board the vessel. Ekajaya Fast Ferry will not accept responsibility should there be injury on board the boat
- Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage, not exceeding a total weight of 25kg.
- Ekajaya Fast Ferry reserves the right to inspect the contents of any luggage and can refuse the carriage of any items that are likely to endanger the vessel or other travelers.
- Ekajaya Fast Ferry is not recommended for passengers who are; pregnant, suffering from heart conditions and suffering from serious back complaints or serious physical impairments.
- The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage during the journey.
- Re-scheduling is based on seat availability and must be made 2 days prior to guest departure.
- Pets are not allowed onboard the ship.
- Includes Jasa Raharja Insurance
Cancellations & Delays:
- Ekajaya Fast Ferry reserves the right to cancel a booking and change the schedule without any liability to the passenger due to major problem with the vessel, bad weather, technical issue, safety concerns related to passenger and/or crew or by direction from the Indonesian Government and/or Harbor Master
- Ekajaya Fast Ferry shall not be liable for damages or losses that may arise in the event of cancellation or delay of the service. Ekajaya Fast Ferry shall not be liable in any way for the cost of any accommodation, connecting flights or for any alternative means of travel which may arise through cancellations or delays. Additional expense so arising shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the passenger.
*To avoid disappointment concerning a connecting flight at any airport, Ekajaya Fast Ferry suggest providing yourself at least 24 hours before your onward travel.
- In the event of a ticket or booking being cancelled by the passenger, Ekajaya Fast Ferry reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as follows: Cancellation more than 1 week of travel date: full refund. Cancellation less than 1 week but more than 48 hours from date of travel: 50% refund. Cancellation less than 48 hours of travel: NO REFUND. No show or late arrival: NO REFUND.
Cancellation Policy
- Notice of cancellation must be received by us in writing.
- Without any charge: 7 days before the departure date.
- Between 3 days and 6 days will be charged 50% from the total ticket value.
- Between 2 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total ticket value.
- No show will be charged 100% from the total ticket value
* Any bank charges incurred for a reversal will be at the expense of the passenger.
Refunds:
In the event of a trip cancellation from the company, the company shall refund any funds paid by the passenger direct to the company, or any funds already paid by an agent to the company on the passenger’s behalf. The passenger is responsible for collecting any funds paid to agents which have not yet been paid to the company.
Charge back
Customers who have purchased Ekajaya fast ferry tickets and have received services from Ekajaya either boat and/or shuttle cannot charge back for any reason.
Road transportation in Bali:
Road transportation is provided (private car) from and to one specific address in designated areas of Bali with additional cost. The address must be specified at the time of booking and can only be changed at least 24 hours before departure.
